We celebrate at Djursholms Slott, a 17th-century castle surrounded by green parkland.
The castle sits close to where Oscar grew up, and his mother Åsa works there as conference manager — so this place was part of the family long before it became our wedding venue.

Dress code
The dress code is cocktail attire — elegant yet comfortable for a late-summer celebration at Djursholms Slott.
For men, a matching suit in a breathable fabric such as linen or cotton is ideal. Shades of light grey, beige, sand, blue, brown, or black fit the setting perfectly. Ties are appreciated but not required.
For women, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy outfits in bright or pastel tones are ideal.
Please avoid pure white. The castle grounds can be uneven, so choose shoes you can walk in.

Yes — an intimate church ceremony for our closest immediate family takes place earlier in the week. The celebration at the castle on 21 August is for everyone.
Fly into Arlanda (ARN), about 40 minutes to the city by train or taxi. Everyone speaks English and Sweden is nearly cashless — cards work everywhere.
Typically 15–22°C (60–72°F), cooler evenings. Bring a layer for the party.
Taxis and Uber run late; we recommend pre-booking from Djursholm. Details on any shuttle will follow.

Toastmasters run the evening, with many speeches during dinner, and a couple of kissing traditions involving standing on chairs — short, joyful, and fun.
